Hi Clegg Cousins,

This year, Mont Broadhead (a descendant of Jonathan) will be the chairman of our next Henry Clegg family home evening. This year, Mont has decided that we should hold this gathering on a Saturday afternoon, hopefully making it possible for easier attendance. It will be held on August 28, 2004. We will begin gathering in Heber at 12 noon (you can eat lunch before you come). He plans a wonderful afternoon of touring the old historic Clegg homes in the Heber area, including going to the graves, and especially ending our tour at the home that was originally owned by Alice Clegg (daughter of Jonathan), who was on the Martin Handcart Company, as an infant. This old pioneer home is still owned by the family, and lived in by one family member.

Mont hopes to arrange for buses to transport us, and would appreciate it if any of you has awesome ideas on how to make that happen for very little money!! We would begin gathering at 12 noon, and the buses would leave at 1 p.m. At the Alice Clegg home, we will assemble on the grass, have a cold drink, and visit for a while. Nothing is cast in stone, except the date. But his committee will work out the details, take suggestions from you, and then we'll send another notice out to you with those details.

Also, Mont is hoping that you can all arrange your schedules enough that you could RSVP, since arranging the transportation requires some advance notice. You can reply to this email if you wish, or you can reach Mont direct at phone:801-965-9886 or 801-860-7541 or his email is signguymb@hotmail.com.

Our email bank of addresses is very limited, and we are always grateful to the Carl Clegg website for putting these notices out. However, we would be grateful if each of you would get the addresses of your family members who are not on it, and send them to me. We send you love and greetings, and look forward to seeing you in August.

Miriam and Halvor Clegg
